Twenty-nine civilians killed, 132 injured in Donbas over past seven months
Observers of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) to Ukraine have confirmed the deaths of 29 civilians in Donbas over the first seven months of 2018.
OSCE SMM Principal Deputy Chief Monitor Alexander Hug said at a briefing via Skype from Donetsk region on Friday that OSCE monitors confirm 161 victims among the civilian population from January 1 to the end of July, in particular 29 deaths and 132 injuries.
