Yanukovych files lawsuit against Prosecutor General Lutsenko, court session set for Sept 13
Former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has filed a lawsuit against Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko on the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation.
According to the website of the judicial authorities of Ukraine, the lawsuit will be considered at the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv (case No. 757/30984/18-ts). The session is scheduled for 10.00 on September 13.
Yanukovych is the plaintiff, while the Prosecutor General's Office and Prosecutor General Lutsenko are defendants.
As reported, on Monday, July 30, the Obolonsky District Court of Kyiv is due to hold a judicial debate in the Yanukovych treason case.
