NABU director to appeal against QDCP decision to reprimand Kholodnytsky
Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) Artem Sytnyk intends to appeal against the decision of the Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Prosecutors (QDCP) to reprimand Nazar Kholodnytsky, head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO).
"Yes," Sytnyk told reporters after a QDCP meeting, when asked whether this decision will be appealed.
The QDCP recommended at a meeting on Thursday that Kholodnytsky be reprimanded, rather than dismissed from his position for a committed disciplinary offense.
According to the legislation, the decision of the QDCP can be appealed in an administrative court or in the High Council of Justice.
