QDCP recommends not dismissing Kholodnytsky for disciplinary offense
The Qualification and Disciplinary Commission of Prosecutors (QDCP) has recommended that Head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) Nazar Kholodnytsky be reprimanded, rather than dismissed from his post for a committed disciplinary offense.
According to an Interfax-Ukraine reporter, the commission recognizes that Kholodnytsky really committed a misdemeanor and deserves a reprimand, but cannot be dismissed from office according to the law.
