Russian reps in Minsk did not react to Ukraine's proposal to swap 36 Russians for Ukrainians held in Russian prisons
Russian representatives, as part of a meeting of the humanitarian subgroup of the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) on the settlement of the situation in Donbas in Minsk, again did not react to the proposal of the Ukrainian side to exchange 36 Russians for Ukrainians held in Russian prisons.
"The humanitarian subgroup. The Russian Federation has not given a single answer to the proposal to transfer 36 Russians to them in exchange for our guys held in Russian prisons. Neither verbally nor in writing," Ukraine's representative in the TCG's humanitarian subgroup and First Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Iryna Gerashchenko said on Wednesday.
