Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has said that he did not forge his diploma of higher education, and attempts to discredit him with the help of fakes will lead to nothing.
"Of course, I did not forge it, because the diploma is genuine and honest. Yes, I was a distance learning student, because, like many, I created my family early and had to provide it, and therefore worked in parallel," the prime minister said on his Facebook page on Tuesday.
"And to those who wanted to discredit me with fakes, I will only say one thing - you will not get respect for your useless lies," he added.
Earlier on this day, the media reported that the Prosecutor General's Office had closed the case about a possible forgery of Groysman's diploma.
