Poroshenko offers condolences to families of those killed in Zhytomyr region road accident

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has expressed his condolences to the families of those killed in the road accident with the participation of a shuttle bus in Zhytomyr region.

"Sincere condolences to the families of those killed in the terrible accident that occurred in Zhytomyr region and claimed the lives of ten people," Poroshenko wrote on his Facebook page on Friday.

"I instructed the regional authorities to provide all the necessary assistance to the victims who are in the hospital," the president added.

Earlier on Friday, at about 10:40, in Zhytomyr region, on 127th km of the Kyiv-Chop highway, a shuttle bus crashed into a large truck , as a result of which ten people were killed, ten more were hospitalized with different injuries.
