Ukraine soon to file lawsuits against Russia at ECHR for ongoing military aggression
Ukraine intends soon to file lawsuits against the Russian Federation with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) regarding ongoing military aggression.
"We plan to present the relevant information and part of the evidence base, which is allowed by the rules of the European Court of Justice, in late September and early October this year," Petrenko told journalists in Kyiv on Wednesday.
He specified that the form of submission of documents (a separate lawsuit, an addition to existing ones) had not been determined yet.
"Most likely, they will be separate statements from Ukraine against Russia for those periods that are not covered by the previous five cases," Petrenko added.
