JFO commander discusses improvement of Ukrainian positions in Donbas with checkpoint chiefs
One of the priorities of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) is now to bring the checkpoints of the National Police and National Guard to the requirements of the present, commander of the JFO Serhiy Nayev has said.
"During the trip the commander of the joint forces checked the equipment of the places of service, the living conditions of the personnel. Also, Lieutenant-General Serhiy Nayev discussed further improvement of positions with the commanders of the checkpoints," the press center of the JFO reported on Wednesday morning on Facebook.
The commander of JFO stressed that during the first two months the JFO reduced the number of stationary checkpoints, instead increasing the number of mobile checkpoints to improve the comfort of movement for local people, and also creating an unexpected effect on criminals and subversive groups of the enemy.
