Rada to return to consideration of CEC update issue on Thursday

The leaders of the factions and groups of the Verkhovna Rada have agreed to return to consideration in the session hall of the issue of updating the composition of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) on Thursday, July 12, the head of the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko (BPP) faction, Artur Herasymov, has said.

"We have managed to get the issue of updating the CEC returned to the agenda on Thursday," he told journalists in Kyiv on Tuesday.

At the same time, Herasymov did not tell any details of the consultations held on this matter, adding that the consultations are continuing.
