Turchynov states Ukraine's success in cyber defense
Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) Oleksandr Turchynov believes that in a very short time Ukraine has reached the level of cyber defense at a level of many countries of the European Union.
"According to expert estimates, in a very short period of time we have achieved consistency in cyber defense at the level of many countries of the European Union," he said during the IX National Expert Forum in Kyiv on Thursday.
At the same time, Turchynov drew attention to growing information aggression against Ukraine.
In addition, he noted the threat in the "energy war" being waged by Russia.
Turchynov added that the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline project was a huge challenge to Ukraine and a test of partnership in the world, and the country's losses, if the pipeline is launched, would be greater than the funds and loans provided by international partners.
