Danyliuk says he expects parliament decision on his dismissal
Ukrainian Finance Minister Oleksandr Danyliuk does not change his working schedule and expects tomorrow's decision of the Verkhovna Rada on his dismissal initiated by Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman.
"Tomorrow you will hear everything in the Verkhovna Rada," the minister said, while answering questions from participants in a macroeconomic panel discussion organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine.
Danyliuk noted that he had tried to settle this issue.
"We need to move as one team," he said, noting the complexity of the tasks facing the country.
Danyliuk said that he had not changed his schedule and was waiting for the decision of the Verkhovna Rada on his dismissal scheduled for June 7.
He specified that in case of his dismissal, the finance minister's duties would be fulfilled by his first deputy, Oksana Markarova.
