Kyiv receives official notification from Russia about detention of Ukrainian citizen
Kyiv has received an official notification of the authorities of the Russian Federation about the detention of a citizen of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is clarifying the circumstances of the detention, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry's press secretary Mariana Betsa has said.
"We have received official notification from the Russian authorities about the detention of a Ukrainian citizen on May 31, 2018. We are clarifying the circumstances. We demand our consul meet [with him]," she wrote on her Twitter page on Monday.
