OSCE SMM's chief monitor briefs foreign ministers of Ukraine and Germany on situation along contact line in Donbas
Ministers for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Germany Pavlo Klimkin and Heiko Maas are now communicating with Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Ertugrul Apakan in Mariupol, Donetsk region, on the situation in Donbas.
Apakan is telling the foreign ministers "about an extremely tense situation with constant shelling along the contact line," Ukrainian Ambassador to Germany Andriy Melnyk wrote on Twitter on June 1.
The two foreign ministers arrived in Donbas on Friday. Mariupol was their first destination.
