Lutsenko signs motion to give parliament consent to prosecution of Opposition Bloc MP Dunayev
Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko has signed a motion to give the parliament's consent to the prosecution of Opposition Bloc MP Serhiy Dunayev, his spokesperson, Larysa Sarhan, has said.
"Prosecutor General Lutsenko has signed a motion on giving consent to the prosecution of MP Dunayev. The pretrial investigation is carried out by the NABU under the procedural control of the SAPO under Article 366-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine," she wrote on Twitter on Tuesday.
