Poroshenko signs decree on sports rehabilitation of ATO soldiers
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree on sports rehabilitation of Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) soldiers.
"I unhesitatingly supported the initiative by the presidential commissioner on rehabilitation of ATO participants, Vadym Svyrydenko, about the need to create qualitative conditions for the sport rehabilitation of ATO soldiers," Poroshenko said during the awarding ceremony of Invictus Games in Kyiv on Saturday.
The president signed a decree on supporting the development of sports rehabilitation of combatants who took part in the antiterrorist operation and ensure national security and defense in order to repulse and restrain the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
