Reformatting ATO to JFO will not affect Minsk talks - Kuchma
The change in the format of the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) to the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) will not affect the Minsk talks, Ukraine's representative in the Trilateral Contact Group and second Ukrainian President (1994-2005) Leonid Kuchma has said.
While answering a respective question from journalists in Kyiv on Tuesday, he said: "No. I think that there will simply be more order."
According to Kuchma, there will be more order in Donbas during the operation if it is directed by a military man, not the SBU.
