All Russia's plans to return to PACE without implementing resolutions were failure
First Deputy Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Iryna Gerashchenko has said after the April PACE session that plans of Russia to return to the PACE without implementing resolutions were a failure.
"The key thing is that all plans to quickly return Russians without the implementation of resolutions by them were a failure. The Council of European decided not to hold the anniversary summit as a triumph of Russia's return," Gerashchenko wrote on her Facebook page.
She said that the Ukrainian delegation managed to amend the resolution on the non-implementation of resolutions regarding the control of Russia on occupied area of Donbas by countries that are members of the Council of Europe.
"In the resolution on combating the hybrid ware and IDPs [internally displaced persons] mention crimes of Russia and its involvement in all wars on the continent, both real wars and hybrid wars," she wrote.
