Skripal no longer in critical condition, improving rapidly

Former Russian military intelligence officer Sergei Skripal is no longer in a critical condition, Christine Blanshard, medical director at Salisbury District Hospital, said.

"He is responding well to treatment, improving rapidly and is no longer in a critical condition," Blanshard was quoted as saying in a statement issued by the British National Health Service.
