EU hopes for holding elections in Ukraine as scheduled
Ukraine needs political stability for carrying out reforms, and early elections can disrupt this stability, Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, Hugues Mingarelli has said.
"I hope that the elections will take place exactly when they should," the diplomat said at the annual conference of the Dragon Capital investment company in Kyiv on Thursday.
Mingarelli stressed that such political stability should give an opportunity to carry out the reforms launched in Ukraine.
