Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) have handed mayor of Odesa Hennadiy Trukhanov, who returned to the country from abroad, a suspicion notice of committing a crime, said Oleh Slobodian, spokesperson of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
"Today, indeed, in relation to this citizen, the border guards carried out an errand of one of the law enforcement agencies, informed the initiator, after which the investigators of the NABU arrived to give him suspicion. That's all I can tell him at the moment," he said on the air of 112.Ukraine TV channel on Wednesday morning.
However, he did not disclose any details. "This is actually all I can tell him at the moment," said the bureau's representative.
