Avakov discusses with his Korean counterpart preparation for visa-free travel, mutual recognition of driving licenses
Interior Minister of Ukraine Arsen Avakov has discussed with the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Legislation of the Republic of Korea the issue of visa-free regime and mutual recognition of driving licenses.
"In coordination with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin, I am getting ready for the final negotiations on the visa-free regime and mutual recognition of driving permits with South Korea. We are doing our work with the South Korean Interior Minister. Step by step we are strengthening the Ukrainian passport," Avakov wrote on his Facebook page on Monday.
As reported, the Korean Pyeongchang hosts Winter Olympic Games from February 9 until February 25.
