State budget funds allocated to Defense Ministry in 2017 99.9% used - Poltorak

The funds allocated from the state budget for the Ukrainian Defense Ministry in 2017 have been 99.9% used, Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak has said.

"The funds we received from the state budget were 99.9% used. There are funds not used due to non-fulfillment of contract terms by suppliers," he said at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on national security and defense on Wednesday.
