Turchynov says of successful test of Ukrainian ground-launched cruise missile

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov declares the successful first test of the Ukrainian ground-launched cruise missile, capable of precisely hitting ground and sea targets.

"During the tests that were successful, the flight characteristics and operation of the rocket systems were checked," the press service of the National Security and Defense Council said on Tuesday.
