Four die as helicopter crashes in Ukraine's Kremenchuk
A Mil Mi-8 helicopter crashed in Kremenchuk in Ukraine's Poltava region, killing its four crewmembers, the Ukrainian State Emergency Situations Service said.
"A Mi-8 helicopter belonging to the privately-owned air carrier Ukrainian Helicopters crashed during a training flight in the Avtozavodsky district of the city of Kremenchuk at around 7:15 p.m. on January 25, subsequently catching fire," the service said on its Facebook page on Thursday evening.
"The four crewmembers died as a result of the accident," it said.
