U.S. will not negotiate about Ukraine without Ukraine – Volker

Special U.S. State Department Representative on Ukrainian issues Kurt Volker has said that the U.S. will not conduct negotiations about Ukraine without Ukraine's participation.

"I told @PolianskaRS of @RFERL that the U.S. will not negotiate about Ukraine without Ukraine. I stay closely coordinated with my Ukrainian counterparts in @TheBankova, @MFA_Ukraine + @ua_parliament and my French and German colleagues," Volker said on his Twitter feed.
