MP Vlasenko appointed PACE rep in Venice Commission for two years
Member of the Batkivschyna party faction, member of the Ukrainian parliamentary delegation Serhiy Vlasenko has been appointed representative of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) in the European Commission for Democracy through Law (Venice Commission).
"The Committee on Legal Affairs of the Assembly passed the relevant decision on Tuesday, January 23, in Strasbourg," the press service of the Batkivschyna reported.
Vlasenko said the term of office for the post of the PACE representative in the Venice Commission is two years.
