Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said that a meeting between U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker and Russian presidential aide Vladislav Surkov will take place in the coming days.
"In the coming days, U.S. Special Representative Kurt Volker will meet with Surkov. We'll see how we can use new U.S. sanctions. We are consistently working to ensure that such sanctions are toughened," he said in Kyiv on Monday at a press conference on the results of Ukrainian diplomacy in 2017 and priorities for 2018.
