A group of raiders engaged in illegal alienation of land and real estate objects was detained in Lviv by members of the Security Service of Ukraine, the press service of the SBU Directorate in Lviv region has reported.
According to the press service, the law breakers were detained during an attempt to alienate the communal premises with an area of 500 square meters and cost of $120,000.
Employees of the SBU found that four local residents were engaged in forging documents and making false data in the register of real rights to real estate. The special service documented the facts of "nicking" of individual plots of land and premises.
Criminal proceedings have been opened into this fact under Part 4 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Investigation continues.
