Ukraine needs anti-corruption fund - PGO's speaker
Speaker of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, Andriy Lysenko, believes that the creation of an anti-corruption fund in Ukraine would be more effective than the maintenance of the anti-corruption profile structures.
"If you create an anti-corruption fund out of salaries in the amount of hundred-thousands, bonuses, multimillion-dollar expenses for offices, cars, special equipment and ridiculous secret agents, then the indifferent people and just interested informers will hand over all corrupt officials with reinforced texture for a moderate reward. For this, it is not necessary to create structures, legislation, competitions for years. It is only necessary to open a single receiving window and give ads with tariffs in the media," Lysenko wrote on his Facebook page.
