Poroshenko extends moratorium on agricultural land sale for 1 year
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed the law "On Amending Part 10 titled "Transitional Provisions" of the Land Code of Ukraine, adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on December 7, 2017, the presidential website reported on Saturday.
The law comes into force on the day after its publication.
This document will continue the moratorium on the sale or alienation of agricultural land by other means for a period of one year, the press service of the Ukrainian president said.
The implementation of this law will ensure the formation of proper regulatory and legal support for the functioning of the agricultural land market.
