Poroshenko to table anti-corruption court bill in parliament next week if respective unconstitutional bills withdrawn
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko says that he is going to submit a bill on the Anti-Corruption Court to Parliament next week.
"I hope the Verkhovna Rada will finally unblock the situation with the Anti-Corruption Court next week, by recalling registered bills that are unconstitutional and recognized by Venice Commission experts as those that do not meet key requirements ... Next week, I will submit the said bill for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada if the Rada unblocks and allows its registration," Poroshenko, said in Kyiv on Friday on the occasion of the launch of the new Supreme Court of Ukraine.
