Ukraine's security and defense council secretary, NATO chief discuss cooperation prospects
A new stage in NATO-Ukraine cooperation could see this country join the enhanced opportunities program, National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov said.
"Military experts in partner countries have concluded that Ukraine meets all the criteria required of a potential Program participant," Turchynov said at a meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg at the NATO headquarters in Brussels, the SNBO spokesperson said.
