PGO to appeal against court's decision on Saakashvili's restraint measure
The Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko has said that the prosecution will appeal against the decisions of Kyiv's Pechersky court on a restraint measure on ex-Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili.
"We've presented all the evidence to the court, nevertheless, the judge has decided to let him go. I will refrain from emotions and we will file an appeal," the Prosecutor General said on ICTV on Monday evening.
