The SBU Security Service of Ukraine has confirmed the detention of leader of the Movement of New Forces Party and ex-president of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili in Kyiv.
"Saakashvili has been detained," SBU spokesperson Olena Hitlianska told Interfax-Ukraine on Friday evening.
