SBU foiled FSB's plan to stage 'Russian Winter' in Kyiv
Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko has said that law enforcement officers have foiled the Russian Federal Security Service's "Russian Winter" plan in Kyiv through protest rallies organized by the Movement of New Forces party of former Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili.
"I want to express my deep gratitude to employees of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Prosecutor General's Office who made it possible to prevent this first stage of the Russian Federal Security Service's 'Russian Winter' plan in Kyiv," Lutsenko said from the parliament's rostrum at the evening plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada on Tuesday.
