NATO to continue providing political and practical support to Ukraine
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has promised to continue supporting Ukraine in the country's struggle against challenges.
Last week, I had a very good meeting with President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. He was at my house. We discussed the fight against the challenges facing Ukraine, especially Russia's attempts to destabilize the situation, especially in the east of the country, the secretary general told a press conference on Monday.
According to him, he reaffirmed the strong support for the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
I repeated that we would continue providing political and practical support to Ukraine, Stoltenberg said.
He recalled that the North Atlantic Council has recently visited Kyiv.
We had many meetings at various levels. And we will have a meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Commission soon. So, our dialogue continues, Stoltenberg said.
