NABU employees will not be detained after incident with State Migration Service official
Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) Artem Sytnyk has said that no NABU employees will be detained after the incident with First Deputy Head of the State Migration Service Dina Pimakhova.
"Regarding the further fate of these proceedings and employees of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, the prosecutor general said that no one would be detained, no NABU employees would be taken into custody," Sytnyk said at a briefing in Kyiv on Thursday after a meeting with Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko.
According to him, yesterday's actions of a NABU employee, an officer working under cover, were part of a respective operation, which has been conducted since this spring.
