Sides confirm in Minsk readiness to exchange prisoners based on previously approved lists – Kuchma's spokesperson
During the meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) on the settlement of the situation in Donbas with the participation of representatives of certain areas of Donbas temporary uncontrolled by Kyiv (ORDLO) in Minsk on Wednesday, the parties confirmed their readiness to exchange the detained persons based on the previously approved lists.
"The Trilateral Contact Group with the participation of representatives of ORDLO confirmed the readiness of the parties to conduct the exchange of the detained persons based on the already approved lists and to agree on the procedure and date of the exchange as soon as possible, proceeding from their willingness to hold this exchange before the New Year and Christmas holidays," the press secretary of Kyiv's representative in the TCG, Ukraine's second president Leonid Kuchma, Darka Olifer, wrote on her Facebook page on Wednesday evening.
