Situation in Luhansk can be used to limit OSCE SMM's activities – Klimkin
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin has expressed the opinion that the situation in occupied Luhansk could be used to restrict the scope of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (OSCE SMM).
"We must worry about the safety of our OSCE monitoring mission, since this situation can be used to limit their scope of activities and again to manipulate weapons," he told journalists before a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Wednesday.
The minister stressed that the situation in the occupied territories remains very serious.
