SBU expels Russian journalist Petrashevich from Ukraine, bans re-entry for 3 years
Ukraine's SBU Security Service has expelled Russian O Hitlianska has said.
"Ukraine's security service has forcibly expelled to Russia one more pro-Kremlin propagandist, Ihor Petrashevich. SBU agents established that the journalist worked for Russian media, including the Federal News Agency, Rusvesna.Su and Rianfan.ru. He was commissioned to produce slanted news materials about the situation in our country for media controlled by the aggressor country (Russia)," Hitlianska said on her Facebook page on Tuesday.
According to the spokeswoman, Petrashevich "deliberately and baselessly besmirched Ukrainian state organs, distorted historical facts about the establishment and development of Ukraine and discredited Ukraine internationally." She added that Petrashevich will be forcibly returned to Russia on November 21 and prohibited from returning for three years.
