Lukashenko signs law on ratification of EAEU Customs Code Treaty
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has signed the law "On Ratification of the Customs Code Treaty of the Eurasian Economic Union."
The document was published on the national legal data portal on Friday.
The House of Representatives of the Belarusian National Assembly adopted the law on October 25, and the Council of the Republic approved it on October 27.
Belarusian laws require ratification of international treaties as laws.
The new Customs Code will take effect across the EAEU territory on January 1, 2018.
