Rada rejects draft resolution abolishing healthcare reform bill, speaker can sign it
The Verkhovna Rada has rejected a draft resolution abolishing bill No. 6327 on the public financial guarantees of provision of healthcare services and medicines on passed on October 19, 2017.
An Interfax-Ukraine correspondent has reported that only 45 lawmakers backed draft resolution No. 6327-p drawn up by MPs from the Opposition Bloc and a lawmaker who is not a member of any parliamentary faction.
The authors of the draft resolution said that bill No. 6327 on government financial guarantees for provision of healthcare and medicines was voted at second reading in violation of the Verkhovna Rada procedure.
