Parliament may consider bill on sovereignty in Donbas on Nov 16

The Verkhovna Rada is planning to consider on Thursday, November 16, a bill (No. 7163) on the principles of state policy on securing sovereignty in Donbas, Parliament Speaker Andriy Parubiy has said.

"As for the law on reintegration, after my discussions with the head of the committee [on national security and defense] it looks like they will be able to complete the work on amendments on Wednesday. Therefore, we plan preliminarily that the work in the committee will be completed on Wednesday, and on Thursday we will have the opportunity to consider this issue at a session of the Verkhovna Rada," he told reporters in Kyiv on Saturday.

Next week, people's deputies work in the mode of plenary meetings.
