After fulfilling Association Agreement conditions, Ukraine will have arguments to apply for EU membership – Klimkin
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin has said that arguments to apply for the EU membership will appear after Ukraine fulfills conditions of the association agreement with the EU.
"If we really implement the Association Agreement, then we will really have arguments on hand to talk about the next step. If we fail do a lot of what is there, then, of course, our argument is completely different," he told reporters on the sidelines of the conference Kyiv Transatlantic Dialogues in Kyiv on Thursday.
According to the minister, the Eastern Partnership summit will soon take place and practical issues of cooperation will be discussed there.
