Special water police group to operate in Odesa region

A special police group specializing in water operations will appear in the Main Administration of the National Police in Odesa region.

Now the group is being trained and certified to detain criminals and release hostages in emergency situations, head of the regional police department Dmytro Holovin reported on his Facebook page.

"Special attention is paid to emergency medical care in case of natural disasters," he said.
