President appoints Ukraine's representatives in arbitration groups on disputes with EU
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed decree No. 298/2017 appointing Ukraine's representatives in arbitration groups as part of the dispute resolution procedure defined in Articles 306 and 307 of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union.
The decree was posted on the website of the head of state on September 29.
Ukraine's representatives in the arbitration groups are Sergiy Gryshko (Deputy Director General at Redcliffe Partners), Taras Kachka (Deputy Executive Director at the International Renaissance Foundation), Viktor Muravyov (Head of the Department of Comparative and European Law at the Institute of International Relations of Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University), and Yuriy Rudyuk (a partner of the Van Bael & Bellis law firm, Belgium).
