Ukraine to disregard Duma statements on education law

Ukraine is not going to react to any statements of Russia's State Duma concerning the law on education, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said.

"Naturally, we should not and will not pay attention to these hysterical statements of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, which has long been called 'the prison of the people', from which we broke out and to which, and I want to stress this, we will never return," Poroshenko said at a meeting with employees of the educational sector in Kyiv on Thursday.
