Financing for National Guard to be raised by UAH 238 mln in 2018
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has proposed the Verkhovna Rada to allocate UAH 10.652 billion for financing the National Guard in 2018, which is UAH 238 million more than in the previous year.
Such a norm is stipulated in the draft national budget for 2018 registered under No. 7000 in the Verkhovna Rada on September 15, 2017.
According to the draft law, it is also planned to increase expenditure for treatment of National Guard officers by UAH 18 million, to UAH 74.255 million.
Some UAH 203.78 million is foreseen to finance the management of the National Guard and UAH 379.103 million for training personnel.
The level of financing housing construction (purchase) for servicemen of the National Guard remains, as in the national budget for 2017, at the level of UAH 200 million.
