OSCE secretary general calls for full implementation of Minsk Agreements
Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Secretary General Thomas Greminger has called on the parties to the conflict in Donbas to fully comply with the Minsk Agreements.
Speaking at a press conference in Kyiv on Thursday, Greminger said he would like to use the opportunity to call on the parties to fully and comprehensively implement the Minsk Agreements, as a ceasefire is the main and essential element of efforts toward settling the crisis.
